All sessions and personal information are kept confidential.

Regular attendance is expected. More than three unexcused absences may result in dismissal.
Fees are due before sessions. Late payments incur a 10% surcharge.

Less than 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling incurs a full session fee charge.

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, peers, and themselves.
