Welcome to Hope Child Development Centre at Dasnagar, Howrah: a beacon of inclusive education and support for special needs children. In Howrah district, we are the first centre to provide genuine and experienced therapists for taking care of the needs of ADHD and ASD childern. Our dedicated team of passionate educators fosters a nurturing environment where every child's unique abilities shine. We arrange therapy and education classes in such a way that helps academic, social, and emotional growth. Our innovative approach embraces diverse learning styles and promotes independence. Our History
FOUNDATION STORY
Hope child development centre was founded in 2022 by Dr Rajkumar Laha, a renowned Ophthalmologist. With a vision to create a supportive community for children with special needs, Dr. Laha brought together a team of experts in special education, therapy, and care. Today, we're proud to serve many children and families, providing a range of programs and services tailored to their unique needs.
Dr Rajkumar Laha has two sons both are suffering from rare genetic disorders. He and his wife was struggling to provide therapies for own children last 10 years and realised that there was no therapy centres in Howrah which provide all the therapy needed under one roof. They also found that lack of genuine therapists and proper way of giving therapy in the district.
To fill the gap he founded the Hope child development centre in 2022, so that other parents can get proper therapy by experienced therapists under one roof.
